No nonsense, pick you up and get you towed.Usually culture doesn't play a part in who is providing your service but I had to cancel the first tow company. They demanded texting on the phone and sending photos of my drivers license, credit card, and vehicle, it appeared to me the other tow company was being dispatched from a liquor store, the guy was rude and demanding. Bye Habibi!I'm going to stick with Ledesmas Towing should I ever need another tow.

A friend recommended this Towing Company . One of our box trucks started having engine trouble on the freeway around 2pm. We called Ledesmas spoke with Leo. He quoted over the phone $650.00. I asked him if they accepted credit cards. He replied via text “yes”. I gave them the green light to come tow the box truck. Their driver didn't show up until 5:20pm over 3 hours later. The driver seemed to have trouble hooking up our vehicle, he was messing with the driveshaft. He removed a couple of bolts saying he needed to loosen the driveshaft because he didn't have the keys. However, we had made it clear to Leo that The keys were in the lockbox. The truck didn't get to our shop which was less than 19 miles away for over an hour later arriving 7:30pm. Once the driver got to our shop Leo called and demanding payment. He was very rude. They added a hidden fee of 4% for the credit card. When we asked if they accepted credit cards they didn't mention a extra fee. When we questioned him he said either pay fee, or $650.00 cash or we will impound your truck. They basically bullied us to pay the fee. Worst experience ever. I asked Leo if that was they way he treated all his customers he said just pay and keep it moving...When we paid over the phone as soon as the card went through and was charged he said "ok your card went through split" and hung up. By fare the worst experience of customer service. Worst than the DMV!!

Quick, honest, very competitively priced! Also friendly and had enough room in the truck to take myself, my mother, my daughter and even my doggy in the truck! Would absolutely recommend and would definitely call again! Drivers name was Leo and the truck was very clean!

Leo was a blessing, he went way out of his way to help me. He has made up for all the tow companys that have done me wrong in the past. I will always use his company and I will make sure to let anyone I know that he is the best at what he does. He is an excellent person and business man….he gets 10 stars from me..thank you
